Tanzania, and East Africa, today woke up to rather sad news, her renowned musician MEZ B died this morning after he was hospitalized in Dodoma. His family has confirmed that he died of Pnumonia.
Mez B is well known for his Hitsong KamaVipi which he collaborated with Tanzania’s musician Ray C.
