Dont worry even I am still in shock.The thief reportedly decided to rip off 2 of the pearls and present them to a jeweler for sell, but he/she was told the pearls were not genuine.After the dissapointment, he/she proceeded to call gossip site TMZ to inform them that the dress had been returned and safely dumpped outside the hotel room where it had been stolen.
According to police reports, representatives at Calvin Klein say they never told anyone if the pearls were fake or real. Fransisco costa, the lady who designed the famous dress, and had 25 people work for 10 weeks to work on it, says she assumed everyone knew that the pearls were fake, but she realizes she was wrong.
