The war on terror will definitely take a new shape as WhatsApp messaging platform add an end-to-end encryption to there messaging app that has been ranked highly globaly with over 20billion users active each day.
The end-to-end encryption makes sure that sent messages (encrypted) can only be decrypted by the recipient phone and no one else can have that communication leak not event the whatsapp Facebook owned company.
The users of such encryption would be the ones able to read those kind of messages and very highly and decorated investigative units in security issues could be locked out incase there was terror related act and communicated on the channels.
This major lock-out would increase and ease terror communication and activities as witnessed in various platforms before.In Kenya it means al shabaab will be able to make communications easily to ease their movement round the war torn African Nations. They can be able to make phone calls,send data,information WIHOUT even the CIA and FBI knowing.
