Drama ensued after Lady Maurene was reportedly arrested and jailed in Tanzania together with band. As predicted several Luo musicians, artists and well wishers called for pay bill number and help started coming in.
They even tried to drag Raila Odinga into it accusing him of being stingy at the time of need in helping get Lady Maurene out of the Tanzania jail. To them, just a phone call to Magufuli who is assumed to be a friend of the party of opposition in Kenya, would secure the musician release.
Reports then came to the soicial media where Mama Ida Odinga reportedly asked that Lady Maurene be released from jail and be taken to Karen to get money for releasing the rest of the band as she didn't trust the organization handling money with the cash.

Wuod Fibi who was administrator of the communication channel, would only reply to such allegations by removing members.
